User interface is a key component in any game that’s made because it makes the game more interactive and tells the player what he needs to know so the player can know full well when to go all out or hang back in different situations presented within the game play. The UI is vital and must also be intertwined with the theme and feature of the game itself to add to the overall player experience the more detailed and in-tune the UI is with the game.

It brings in more believability in what is happening in the game and how the character with the UI shown can properly function in the real word if it was possible to bring games to life. This believability also taps into the real life systems we are accompanied by that the developers use in their designs so we can relate and recognise what the UI I used for and how it’ll be used in the game itself.

Also good UI placement is needed so that players can see all the information they need to be able to make quick decisions and not interfere with the overall gameplay, An example of this is like on a mobile phone pressing the attack button and accidently pressing the menu button because its so close together on the screen, that ruins the overall gameplay and flow of the game and player will conventionally find a better game with smarter UI placement which won’t annoy or ruin the games overall flow.
